The AccuTRAC Directory System, also known as the AccuDirectory, is designed to provide fast access to personnel information stored in a database. In addition, it allows an operator to access and relay directory assistance information in a few seconds without taking his/her hands off the keyboard. The Directory System retrieves and displays the information (if it finds it) based upon the user's search criteria. The user's search criteria is provided by simply filling in part of the form that is displayed on the screen. For example, if the only the First Name column of the form filled in with "Frank", then the search criteria is everyone with a first name of Frank.
