The AccuPoller System's primary function is to periodically retrieve call data from a call-collecting device such as a Data-Link.   The data may then be automatically forwarded to any other computer using the File Transfer Protocol (FTP). 

Displayed below is the system overview diagram:

Information on the polled data can be viewed in the AccuPoller Activity Log table.  This information includes the Site Name, the date the data was polled, the number of call data records, the transfer status of the polled data (whether successful or not), and the file name to store the data.  Successful FTP data transfers are displayed in blue whereas unsuccessful ones are highlighted in orange.

Shown below is a sample log activity report sorted by the Number of records column:
