AccuTRAC is a state -of-the-art program for tracking and billing of customers' internal communications costs. AccuTRAC works with MS-Windows and IBM main frame environments.

AccuTRAC is often deployed with the Data-Link device to capture call data from PBX's on the network. The AccuPoller, running on the Windows NT server, automatically collects the call data for processing.

Data-Link Device

To make call collection very reliable, the Data-Link devices are configured with enough memory to hold several days of call records. AccuTRAC will provide warnings in the unlikely event that polling has failed. For additional insurance, the Data-Link contains intelligence to enable it to initiate a download of its contents should its memory reach a critical threshold. The AccuListener module, which may be running on a different server for redundancy, is always listening for any Data-Link to call up and deliver its contents.

The Accurate tariff database, a high-end data product for use by clients who demand the most accurate telecommunications tariff database possible, has been developed by Pacific Telematics in response to the competitive needs of major telecommunications service providers for zero-defect data.
